I thought CDU were not going to place monies at such cheap prices - $2.50 plus an option @ $2.50 ex'd in two years? I'm amazed actually but I'll be an interested on-looker to note how the market will decide on the value of the ords leading up to the record date. At first glance, the rights issue looks well discounted and may be another sign of how the market works nowadays in how poor confidence is in the speculative/small cap end of the market when looking for underwriters/cash IMO.
