I ask those questions because it seems to me that you are looking at this from a very superficial perspective. I don't care to discuss specifics here but let me just give you a bit of food for thought. Is it possible that the mob putting in the appeal is being backed indirectly by someone who doesn't want us to develop the block. I can think of one possible reason, because the block has more potential than any of us could possibly know of. Join the dots there.

Its not a bad idea being on the sidelines, but if you do decide to get back in, prepare to pay twice what the SP is now. That determination could come any day.
