    re: Ann: Frieda River Copper Gold Project - N... HIG's biggest mistake was in 2011 when they let Xstrata stall on the BFS. They should have not given an inch and then reclaim Xstrata's 81% stake in January 2012 when Xstarta failed to deliver a BFS
