This announcement to buy the management company is significant.
They have always annoyed me how they have claimed outperformance but not accounted for the extra shares issued.
This new structure gives them no incentive to issue more capital but every incentive to improve the performance.
I guess on the downside they may struggle to keep key staff.
Does anyone have a view?
