The proposal to go down a different path may have been put forward to the CuDeco Board by Wayne McCrae of which he is a member but its implementation would have had to have Board approval.

Decisions of this magnitude are not made by one Board person. That is not the way Boards work.

We do not know the reason or reasons why the CuDeco Board arrived at the decision they did but , in my opinion, the reason or reasons must have been compelling.

You have come to a different conclusion than I have which is your right.

I had earlier stated my position that I would have preferred to go down the debt path and it seems you are of the same belief.

Unorthodox decisions have got CuDeco to where it is today.
