The Sanofi deal and the Forbes article and legal accusations were all very close in timelines. My concern is the company has given guidence for 11 or so contracts to be signed this calendar year,that year is almost over! And we have not seen 1 deal let alone 11!

Yes that has been the carrot to keep people interested and the sp favourable so they could continue using there ATM credit card.( because the Sanofi deal which is years away from providing anything sure as hell wasn't going to do it)
So what if any implications have these legal issues (funnily enough which centre around this mobs credibility) had on any deals which were not as advanced as the Sanofi.
As the clock ticks and no deals are signed one or two things become very apparent either this company are completely full of shit and untrustworthy Re there guidence.......
Or there is more too the legal issues which are gathering momentum in the background and no progress has Been made on any further deals for what ever reason.
This company needs to deliver on there guidence and very soon, they have been able to bullshit for way to long and get away with it but eventually everything catches up with this behaviour and IMO they have backed themselves into a corner now and there time of reckoning is very close one way or another.
