FDA are not perfect but do a good job. Like any audit they only say the things they looked at are in compliance...and generally the things they look at paint the picture of a compliant business.

If they come in with an agenda from a previous finding or complaint etc and they go away happy having worked through the issue with a resolution with the company....then I am not overly concerned.

Its not the findings, its the fact that a company is able to resolve them.

Re Sanofi due dilligence audit, passing it means nothing to me. Failing would speak volumes. No doubt the Sanofi audit would be thorough...but the focus of their audit is likely to be so narrow then I dont think you can take it as validation of the busines

Now the accusation that UNS wheels out the dog and pony show for investors etc....LOL of course they do. Are we surprised or doubt they dont crank up the machines and turn on the act?
