Classic Woolworths SUCCESS model, 1)find markets with growth potential, 2) partner with industry experts to bring some cash and operational skills 3) refine market offering and logistics chain models. Result, a can't fail 1+1+1=6+ business model, which should be tattooed to every MBA students forehead.
Instead, we get bean counters looking at say 2yr figures and talking Total Rubbish! YES, mistakes may/have been made, like they always are, but the end result will be pure gold!
