    No doubt exercise will bring the weight down and I'm getting back into cycling to help.
    On paper I'm super fit, great BMI, 67 resting heart rate and 110/80 blood pressure but I carry excess fat that needs to go.

    2 eggs for dinner and doing a 24 hr shift at work with only a 1 hr nap at 4pm. Still feeling good.
