Any actions by the existing board that does not allow the shareholders to cast their vote (or render their vote redundant) at the EGM will be absolute proof that the existing board are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders.

Only a desperate and irrational person would consider such action.

I believe there is no choice for the existing directors other than to allow a fair casting of votes at the EGM.

If they do anything other it will be a shocking indictment on their personal and professional ethics.
