Also could be, now that BHPP has been given approval and has prob been given green light on dates from DOE ( as they just want the area drilled ASAP and have been open about that) then maybe BHPP have decided why are they paying for OTTO's free carry?..why don't we just buy them out...so could be something along those lines, everyone read the last ann as very negative and don't forget Otto has no choice but to do trading halt as they are at the whim of BHPP here, so they have to wait till they put out the release not them...anyway, we'll see soon enough...
