Snuff, We may choose to help those who have destroyed themselves. Perhaps we think its our duty, perhaps it makes us nearer to God, perhaps it gives us a righteous feeling. Go for it if you want.
But your willingness to help those in need shouldn't give the government the right to impose its will on everyone.
We were born free, its not up to the government to impose its view on us of how to live our lives. If we are not interfering with others we should be left to chose our own path.
