As per the most recent company update - "Mirabela is also in the process of reviewing its customer arrangements given the situation with one its two customers, Votorantim Metais Niquel S.A. (Votorantim). The Company has commenced initial discussions with other potential off-take parties for the 50% of production Votorantim was buying."

We were never banking on Votorantium taking on much more, even though they were in breach of their sales contract.

Plus discussions with financiers on a debt restructuring deal and capital injection.

Anyway if anyone has their ear close to the ground on MBN or any new media updates before an ASX announcement is published, feel free to post, as the nervous wait continues for shareholders.
