Maybe I am passionate as I knew someone who sadly died from heroin and anything to get rid of these people who supply the drugs is welcome in my eyes regardless if they are the manufactures, smugglers or dealers. If we can make potential smugglers think twice then surely that will have some impact on the heroin smuggling trade?
