Maybe DOE has put the hard word on for 2x drills after all the BS & Otto/BHP have re-negotiated around a 2x drill senario - dreams are free .....
I wonder if they thought this (what ever it is) would get release with the last trading halt but they ended up with a snag or 2 & had to delay release until they worked it out & this TH ? As many said it seemed strange to go to TH for the info in the last announcement.
