Good question.
On the flip side, if the theory is wrong and the MNMOA's end up being in the money, I reckon we will get a momentarily SP drop as people cash heads to exercise the tails...but as you said with the funds coming in I still think we are looking up in Dec/Jan.
Again, this doesn't consider the Govt news timetable or any other rabbits IK may pull out of his...um...Hat :)
