I suggests all these posters who only recently came on board backtrack on announcements SDL of past 2 years to get an understanding of what goes for what.

There now seems to be much confusion about the port and rail.

Cameroon was always going to build a port at Kribi but the Lolabe port was SDL's reponsibility. Cameroon "wanted" the rail which is to be used for ore haulage, to also serve as a national railsystem. In this regard SDL made clear that the rail could not serve dual purpose. My undersatnding is that SDL is prepared to construct a road alongside the rail line for public use.
