The person to whom you wrote is on notice now from your comment "The High Court of Australia has unanimously ruled that the buying and selling of shares on the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX) to create or maintain a share price is an offence of market manipulation."

If no action is taken that person cannot say he had no idea of what is going on. The information re the CDU report I think would be in his possession and you have clearly stated what is happening.

The Nurenburg defence is not his, because he is the one making the decisions. He cannot say I was just following orders.

One cannot read the CDU reports and not come to the conclusions that embezzlement is not going on. Either the report is false or there is embezzlement.

My belief is some are hiding behind the following law.

It is unlawful for a person to do an act, otherwise than in private, if:?(a) the act is reasonably likely in all the circumstances to offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate another person or group of people, and?(b) the act is done because of the race, colour or national or ethnic origin of the other person or some or all of the people in the group.

The bloke who was sentenced to three months in the slammer made historical comment about a situation that is forensically verifiable, and rather than order the forensic check be done they sent the man to three months in jail.

The above law is clear, the judge had no alternative but to convict the person because the historical events mentioned had the effect of "insult, humiliate or intimidate" some people." The judge was not in a position of ordering the federal police of carrying out a forensic study on foreign lands.

I have no idea if the historical events this man was convicted of are true or false. Would I like to know or better still would mankind be better off if we all knew the truth of the events mentioned? The answer is clearly yes.

What we are witnessing is the ability of a group that shall be nameless to carry out actions in such a way that imperial the financial stability of the Commonwealth of Australia.

In sentencing a man to three months in jail without questioning the truthfulness of what was said laid the foundation stone for what is happening.
