reminds me of another case of promised funding pulled...
but i didnt follow that 'one'.

My point always has been ...great to be on both sides of the equation...pullout of one side and still be there to catch the lot minus all the shareholders and unit holders...especially frail with marginloans hanging over the share registry..etc.

I think some liquidators have instigated some checks even if payed by the piper. Just an impression from some my readings.

I am just a novice researcher and respect the better minds that are working on this but my impression is that time is working on the side of the little guys and used guys.
