I used to own this 12months or so ago. I was fortunate enough to sell out (regrettably at the time) for 7.6cents at a small profit.

I've followed along since, keeping an eye out if there was ever a moment to re enter this stock at a bargain price.

I'm finding it quite odd this is slowly creeping back upwards. I would think the closer it gets to Christmas the greater the risk of the next announcement being management on break for 1-2months over the holidays?

It's pretty clear this has gone as low as it can short term, but in the longer term it can (and will) continue to drift lower if management do not reinvigorate their team with some urgency to get the job done.

How they can continue to raise cash at such a lowly SP must be of grave concern here?

Not down ramping, actually trying to discuss and get a feel for what holders would like from this stock in 6-12months.
