My personal view, it that KC is in vietnam for general JV discussions. There are some important talking points which has arisen:

a) Ca Ngu (B120) is theoretically half-way in as it was spudded on the 21st of Oct (30-days). The DHIs show strong indications in the upper zones (not just in the lower miocene carb-reef). So early results/shows would be evident. Agenda: what to say, when, how?

b) Cua Lo-1 (B105) update. Logging results from z. 1-3, and any further news on drilling operations lower down. Agenda: total costs for both wells, time/depth est, due date of invoicing, next steps with PVn, decision on prod-testing (when)

c) Update from JV parties - Agenda: prelim T/O approaches?, how much cash have they got, anyone need to raise capital, draft announcements put up for review (in respect to each party's disclosure obligations).
