    Its interesting if you google "Ryan & Maniskas, LLP announces that a class action lawsuit", you get 25,000 hits.

    Obviously a template is being used because there are other biotech companies being sued with same wording, and a lead plaintiff required.

    I counted dozens of companies being sued by this mob in the month of October alone.
