Resource boom I held UNS shares purchased on the asx for a short period after the May cc.Surely investors and shareholders should be able to take a company announcement at face value???Or is that asking to much???Indi,at the end of the day it really doesnt matter whether the lawsuit has any substance or not,just the fact that uns has this issue hanging over its head will make it impossible to raise anymore cash to keep going,let alone pay the legal fees,Its over for uns.......
