The Timing of the CR shows the court that we too will have the funds to proceed to mining."
Right, and what better way to prove SMM right by saying "oh, you think we don't have the money? Well watch us ask for more from our shareholders now!" only to issue a CR at 2c and watch the SP drop to 1.8c.
