Also - should say, for my money, THE Biggest areas of reward for gene therapy have to be, the fields of hypertension and metabolic [ie, T2D] - whoever cracks those two nuts - $BINGO!!!!$
However, I think the only one really left though MAY be hypertension, as I suspect advances in the metabolic sector are set to get really heated-up!
