The 30-40Mozs was their original Exploration Target and as they validate the model further, they are producing a Conceptual Resource based on the drilling results of width, strike, depth, grade etc - again not a JORC

Perhaps you've misinterpreted the Exploration Target and Conceptual Resource as one, however it is saying that should the model behind the target keep getting validated, it could lead to the 30-40Mozs conceptual resource
