... the reintro of dividend means they have taken a closer interest in the company. They note the initiatives taken by the company in the last few years , the significant value unlocked in production, Charlie and Chocolate Factory delivering $105m US to VRL, the value of Austereo, reduced debt , capital management... and the fact that the market hates the old village and have ignored the new....all in all an interesting report. Don't rely on my interpretation, try and get to see it yourself. Cheers
