On three occasions I have emailed the company and asked whether it would be possible for shareholders not attending the AGM to participate via a Webcast hook-up or using available technology? On each occasion I have not received a reply to my email.

If the directors/management were creating shareholder value I probably would not be as concerned but seeing the shareholder value destruction in addition to this display of indifference I am shocked by the total arrogance of those people who are the custodians of our money.
