    watso sorted out his back problems with bike riding - and now simply cycles everywhere

    not long ago, somebody posted something about back problems and calf muscles - do a google search - it could be true. for what it is worth, there are plenty of parks, which have free gym equipment - and it does not hurt to stretch the calves




    that is a great bit of equipment for stretching the calve muscles.

    the parks are probably all over the place - eg

    " Exercise equipment in parks

    More than 80 of Brisbane City Council parks have exercise equipment installed in them, providing an opportunity to exercise and get fit outdoors for free."
