Hi Evopilot,

What was written by the wizard is in essence what was told to me at the brokers lunch in Perth directly by the company. I sat opposite them. It was uncertain because negiotations were still a long way from being complete and due to the uncertainty of outcomes and I did not report this directly to HC as it was speculation from the company officials.

Further they had also an aim but it was only an aim to have the JV/Merger agreement out at around the AGM time. Again speculation but it seems to me to be hotting up so it may come out soon.
