If management is not willing to let the market know when positive events do occur what hope does a shareholder have to get a fair price for their shares when things do start to turn around. From what you are suggesting, all management are doing is delivering bad information, or delivering information badly.

Last month was a record month for shippments, and yet what was released by management. Nothing!

Any director, with skin in the game who wants to create some positive spin would be shouting that from the rooftops because it affects them financially. It doesn't matter what the grade is; it was a record month for shipments; and it shows that they can achieve nameplate with ship movements, notwithstanding that split between magnetite and hematite is not according to plan.

I would consider last months results as price sensitive information and yet all you could hear were crickets.

I wonder why directors are not incentivised to talk the share price up? Have you checked the value of directors shareholdings? Would their boss, those shareholders that do have a voice, have an interest in a higher or lower share price?

If management are not going to give the market information about the progress of operations how will the share price re-rate accordingly.
