I'm in the top 20 holders and I won't agree to any change in terms that transfers material value from hybrids to junior equity.. Eg. I wouldn't agree to any deal that sees ordinaries get $50mil(just below current share price) and hybrids get $50mil (equiv $33 per hybrid).. I might agree to a deal that sees hybrids $75mil( equiv $50 per hybrid) and ordinaries get a few cents a share.. Ie similar to the BBI / BEPPA workout..
