    Would love to know who is behind this CIS...or maybe I wouldn't

    I'm very conflicted....On the one hand, I don't want to get diluted if I don't take part in the cap raising. Also, not taking part means they earn more in fees by placing more shortfall

    On the other hand, I'm finding it more and more repugnant to have my investment controlled by this mob
