Yes I realize that the figures are dodgy at best .
But , my point is that they have reporting employment figures the same way for many years .
So , there's no more need to panic now as your post suggests than there was 10 years ago .
In fact , if anything , our employment market is proving to be remarkably resilient .
Much better than many have predicted .
