Yes good point Oz re standstill with financiers, however correct me if I am wrong here, but wasn't MBN m'ment getting legal advice on Votorantim's obligations/commitment to MBN as a result of their BS malfunction of their furnace.
We all knew this weeks ago and the company, re Bradesco facility default triggering the $395 million bond holders, etc... etc...
Are these guys for real !!! or trying to set everyone up for the VA statement in the next update and protect their arses in the meantime, saying they tried everything, what a load of BS.
