Ewartd.My understanding is that the buy back is simply a cash payment for dividends rather than share reinvestment DRP. As div reinvestment theoretically dilutes the sp,I think that is the aim to reduce that effect
Fortunately with the likes of ANZ who are cashed up, the dilution,is microscopic compared to the drastic capital raising sp dilution of the penny dreadful spec mining stocks
