i think it's an OK outcome, i would like more info on the option to reacquire that 5%.

i really think somaliland is the big bang factor for this stock the one to send it too $1 + and would of liked them to keep the 30% for the first drill. but i understand this deal was probably done out of necessity to boost the cash., and for that management have done well.

so all in all pretty decent, cash should of been all up front though..

anyways i'm off to the AGM today at 9, hopefully have a better picture of the direction.
