but..I also hope you also have been in the market long enough to follow trends.

A few other stocks that our management are or have been involved in.

EAF - 5YH = .50 5YL = .006 - any shareholder value?
our main chap here was apart of the team that ran this to the ground then jumped ship.

CEL - 5YH = .29 5YL=.02 now .10 Shareholder value ?
PPP - 5YH = .45 5YL = .07 now .10 Shareholder Value ?

What I am pointing out is the pattern of trading with in the same companies that these directors are involved in.
I have been around way too long to place trust in any directors or accountants that run public companies. I am not saying that this is a good or bad thing but its the "game of business and directorship".

They don't\haven't made or make money by investing in their own companies, they make their money by the salaries\stock options they glean from Shareholders purses.

While we plebes can only hope that while we punt on their ability to actually prove up a resource to a profitable position that it provides shareholder value to long standing holders with out being diluted to timbuktu.

Reality is as you can see by past positions, the only way to make money from these marrows is to trade them on the pump and dumps..
