I would like to pose a question.

Do you honestly think Lynas and Lynas management could have gone any worse the last few years? The only thing I could think of which is worse than where we find the company today, is if the plant had burnt down and the company had forgotten to insure it.

Therefore a change of management might be exactly what the company needs. At the very minimum a change of management would not require the compensation levels of the existing under performing team to be spent, a saving which could be spent on trying to get the LAMP working properly.

Put another way, if a competitor was to buy Lynas, do you honestly think they would stand by and let the existing management team run the show? I think unlikely.
