In my opinion some other things affecting the sp include:

1. Value of company is below large instos radar,
2. Size and grade of resource is not world class (at the moment it's smallish in value and not particularly high grade, having said that I suspect people haven't quite worked out how much the project finance will be derisked providing Riley gets off the ground)
3. For good reason management have cut down on drilling until legal action has completed. Therefore not getting good news flow on Sn or W resource increase/grade increase. wait awhile
4. US debt ceiling wrangling is keeping people risk off and lets face it junior resource stocks aren't risk off bets
5. Sovereign risk - lots of talk but Australia still has mining and carbon taxes
