I have never been involved with a company In a situation like vms but....
Iron ore. I have found the sp will not rise much upon approval to mine, it will when iron ore has been delivered and shows up as paid for on a balance sheet after a full quarter of mining.
Today's investor wants returns and proof of profitability.
And the tin/tungsten mine approvals are not that close at hand or any guarantee that they will be allowed to proceed.
I believe all vms projects will go ahead and be profitable.
Been holding since 2008 and will see this through till my dividend cheques start arriving.
Just my opinion but don't believe spec value will be added at any time.
