    No!

You see this is where the lines have been getting blurred [and not been clarified by NWT]

All monies paid to Lockheed have come from the money raised from shareholders since they don't have access to the EXIM loan yet.

As quoted " It is anticipated that the remaining conditions precedent will be satisfied and/or waived in the coming weeks."

We must look forward to "the coming weeks" when we can hopefully get an announcement at or before the AGM that the decks have been cleared and the funds can start to be drawn down as required. That is the one thing we have needed an honest no frills answer on for more than a year now. It will mark the end of the start, and the start of the end.

    Just a thought:
A lot of our own funds have been used to keep Jab1 alive up until now and I wonder, if the ExIm funds were to do the ENTIRE job, whether Newsat would be entitled to retrieve our money [and whether ExIm would recognise that entitlement] and use it toward the S.A. facility expansion, "working funds", and even as a start toward Jab3?
