not so much very early stages now that authorities have labelled the orphan designation & this adds a hugely attractive proposition to any partners / suitors. From Phase II to market is often significantly shorter for orphan drugs with both shorter & smaller clinical trials required.
Completion of Phase I/IIa trial this year will give the best guidance but highly confident based on what has been seen to date through each cohort.
