re: Ann: ALGAE.TEC SIGNS WASTE TO ENERGY AGRE... It really is puzzling, isn't it? You have to start wondering about the possibilities for the delay and lack of explanation. Was the analysis actually being done? Did the findings fail to support AEB's bold claims? Is someone still sitting in the back cubicle of the office playing Solitaire rather than putting in the nice headings and page numbers before hitting submit month after month and the boss hasn't kicked him yet?

A day or two, even a week, sure, you wouldn't think much of it. Putting it lightly, a nine month delay is a worry, but when a month or two after the new expected date we still have nothing, well, you have to wonder. Are they building suspense for a spectacular revealing of their rabbit? (I can't recall ever seeing a company doing such a thing). Are they stalling before revealing the awful truth? (I've seen that happen plenty of times!). If something else is going on I can't imagine what it could be. Even if they happily put out the announcement on Monday and it looked good I'd be wondering how much I could trust the report after such unexplained delays. Unless they give us a good explanation of course, although if an explanation exists, why haven't they provided it?

I wouldn't want to be holding when the report comes, or we finally get told why it isn't coming.
