can only be imo of course, but a few things come to mind, not an extensive list.
(all veg, home grown) green vegetable - home grown, no sprays (I prefer man made ferts to manure)
root veg
fruit from own trees or vines or bushes - but in very SMALL quantities
Wild meats - assuming safe from poisons.
Wild fish - from clean waters and in the lower food chain.
Eggs - from local person with chooks or your own - watch feed (no neuclear waste food :) )
Wine - from small vineyards and wineries - watch the process - you need it done by hand. Sulphur is ok, but not over the top. Drink in small quantities.
Any alcohol that is made from anything except wheat is fine - as long as by old processes - no new fangled chemicals and not from some product that needs massive cleaning up - eg. whey.
Water -- rain water - must be in clean air - if not in a pristine area - the rain must be harvested after 20 minutes of steady rain - not before.
Spring water or creek water - fine from pristine areas.
Water to be stored in glass in small quantities - concrete in larger quantities.
Teas - many teas - as long as they are pure and no fuddy duddy processing.
Coffee - I think is good - bugger it, I like it anyway.
Nuts - seem ok - just watch the limits.
Mushrooms - wonderful (did you know they evolved after animals) - preferably make sure there is no plastic in the soil they grow in ------ they use heaps of plastic in the soil sometimes.
Oils --------- olive cold -- NEVER heated.
oil for cooking????? hard, but, probably peanut - all others seem high risk.
The above will be well enough to survive on and is extremely good in quality and taste.
There would be more of course - but, interestingly, probably not a lot more.
When we moved from being hunter gatherers to agriculture - very basic agriculture -------- our health deteriorated, markedly.
Isn't that interesting? That might tell us something.
