In the meantime, a delay to the planned AGM date has now been put in place to try and sort out the "Friendly" position between WES and PLV.

I think that, IMHO, """that friendship""", it could easily be compared to the likes of been sitting on red hot cinders.

Time for those rosed coloured glasses (which have been freely handed around and well worn by many here), to hand them back to the giver. Time to start looking at the real light, and at the skies, not what's behind the real thick clouds.

Does all of this now means more Administration Costs.??

I am sure that our Lawyers will be rubbing their hands in glee now. It might be cheaper for us to get them to close their private practice, and employ them full time by the look of things IMO.

I wonder if our Board will now put forward a proposal at the next AGM that, instead of the usual "REMUNERATION RESOLUTION", they will put up for a vote a "REDUCTION IN PAY AND REMUNERATION RESOLUTION".
