Seems a little of a focus point for you?

I have not released a report or written one for the ASX....probably like 99.9999% of all posters on a forum....
(cant & don't want to say what I have done/seen/processed - buts its far higher than the ASX - nothing to do with investing)

I like free market, where EVERYONE has the same opportunities, not a broking company loading up, trumpeting the news and selling into it...I'm sure this is rife (as a general comment)

What I do know, is this DOESNT make me right or wrong....but then neither does big noting on trading an amount of oil companies...In theory, that could be your bad at it having needed to trade 500 companies....(light humour :)....surely successfully, you'd have a funds/investment company set up and employees doing it for you by now??

Traders always welcome...(read the entire thread and you'd see I have mentioned this...a few times actually)

But really, the value will be realized with real buyers. Not someone that buys 1 hour before close on a Friday, and seller 1 hour into Monday....it could be argued, that would be worse for the long term appreciation?
Your original post just implies this is your only gripe....missing the early trade...as being a non-holder at the moment....it should make no difference to you.....??

I have no doubt you are disappointed at not being able to buy 15 minutes after the announcement dropped?.....before the majority get to see it and understand it.....that's the way it goes....no drama.

Maybe there are things you (we and all of us) haven't considered.....Maybe it needed to be released, because other activities/events had a bearing on getting the news out Friday rather than Monday....We have other things due out of Tanzania....(Eyasi..we are doing the job on K-K and Pagani, and you can trust us with Eyasi.. & EGM DSE listing of SOGTL)...maybe they are linked...maybe they are not.

Again, don't forget timezones.

10 hours between Sydney and Tanzania with Perth in the middle.....We have other things due out of Tanzania....maybe it was more important to the COMPANY and present holders (not traders) that things happened like that....In which case if you like the story....you will buy whether it was released on Friday or Monday....or had the vision to know what was due, being an astute investor and brought on Thursday for perfect timing?

I do understand what your saying....but IMO its a selective view, and quite reasonably without all the facts....which we don't know, until we know. I will be backing the Company on this point.
We do not know....what we don't know...and there may well be a sound reason...or nothing.... but pure luck or unlucky with timing as maybe the case.

So do we want decisions for the long term good of the COMPANY....or we trying to keep short term traders happy for only the short term?

The management have been exceptional to date and I have not seen anything but professionalism from the way they are doing business...and pleased to say, the Tanzanian Government thinks so too...as noted in a recent announcement.
