l have adduced a fair few people in past when it comes to property so don't very fooled into thinking l don't have a clue ire two.l have set up 6rooms for some friends who wanted to buy ..got them a house in a crap area nice house 6rooms 400 bucks a week..20mins from there job and when the fall happens in the next 3 years the 65 bucks a week opposed to 500 will mean they in their house..people really need to run a business which most do for over 20years to understand real facts
