Do you think AMX will be sold for $50-75m, or 20-30 cents a share?
That would really excite the lucky holders who bought at $1.30 and up to $3. I better jump in now to participate in this potential 100-200% gain, in case it happens.
If the management want to preserve value for shareholders the company should play dead for the next 2-3 years and just stop spending, except to maintain their BF tenements. The recovery in the POG will eventually right the goldie ship.
A script takeover may be OK as it could still provide future upside for shareholders to these tenements. Depends on the terms of the t/o, of course.
