Around 3 And a bit years Ago , I declared I was ( had ) purchased a large appartment in Sandringham Victoria , and that I had assisted by Daughter ( 25 years Old Now ) purchase a lovely new Home in Skye Victoria .

My Daughter , has a 300 k Mortgage , the House Now Worth around $415 k ..Could a 25 year Old Saved 125 k in that time ? ..Highly unlikely . Sandringham has a Tenant that has Signed a 5 year Lease , its pretty much revenue neutral .
I have knocked back 775 k , I paid 605 k .

Well maybe Im just really Stupid ..that well could be .

Get Started in the Market if you Can , Build Equity , dont Lease / HP Cars , these are depreciating assets , Get into Property .
